Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Binventory mobile application ("App") operated by Binventory ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Binventory is a household inventory management app that allows users to create households, invite members, and track products by scanning barcodes or adding them manually. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You may register using your email address and password, or through third-party authentication providers (Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In).

Binventory offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscriptions are available as:
All payments are processed through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase, as well as the terms of the applicable app store.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge will be at the same price as the original subscription unless we notify you of a price change.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Free trial eligibility is determined by the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and is typically limited to one free trial per user.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings:
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
Refund requests are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies.
The App allows users to create and manage households. Household owners may invite other users to join their household. By using household features, you agree that:
You may add content to the App, including product names, images, and other data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Services.

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Binventory. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The App integrates with third-party services including:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
Product information obtained through barcode scanning is sourced from community-contributed databases and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. We do not verify or endorse the accuracy of this data.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Binventory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
